Being a pescatarian for a year has been pretty rewarding! I eat a lot of fish like salmon and tuna, plus plenty of vegetables, grains, and legumes. My go-to meals are things like grilled fish with quinoa and a big salad. I also enjoy seafood pasta and veggie stir-fries.
