What fresh horror is this?

this (See photos) is from a mostly healthy-looking aji mango plant. It doesn't seem to do damage to the leaves but it seems that the phenomenon has spread rather alot since I installed the HPS in place for a 55W LED last friday.
 
Edema? Though discussions revolve mostly around the underside and this stuff is visible from both sides.
 
It isn't aphids, had those last year.

Edema in the underside.

Possibly the beginning of a deficiency on surface.


You're over watering if you have edema
 
Hi, thanks for your replies! Masher: is that likely even if the underside always matches the overside? What might the plant be missing if so?

Ventilation is currently an inline fan out at the top and passive in near the bottom of the tent and there's a turbo fan angled upwards blowing across half the mango running synced with the HPS ligh. Rh ranges between 57% at night and 38% in the afternoons.

As for overwatering - that is supposed to be the major benefit of hempy buckets, that the substrate doesn't get waterlogged and water only pools up to the hole a few cm from the bucket bottom. Might the HPS be making the plant too thirsty or is the edema due to something else?
 
I always get edema on seedlings and such till they get planted out. Ive given up on trying to prevent it. Such small pots they require daily watering
