What is it about Aji?

My aji panca looks just like this! No idea why. If it's over ferting, I'm not sure why it hasn't affected any of my other plants. I think it will go away completely as the plant matures, without me doing anything.
 

I have the same thing going on with mine, but, they are in a raised bed.  Oddly enough, only the Ajis, and a couple other non-chinenses are affected.  I'm attributing it to stupid over ferting, which I happen to be quite good at.  Only new growth is affected.

The newest growth in the last few days is normal. Some plants must be more sensitive to over ferting than others, I guess. None of my chinenses had this weird growth. All ajis.

Great news.
Stubbornness and determination pays off. My aji cito and aji cristal are loading up with flowers. These are the same aji's that were poster children at the beginning of this thread.
