disease What is killing my plants? Please help!

For some reason my smallest pepper plants are showing strange symptoms, and they do not look very healthy. I've already cut back on watering to resolve the edema, is the light green coloring and brown wilt due to my overwatering, or is it bacterial/fungal? Please help me :(

Grown indoors. Temperatures are 78-84°F, 55-65% RH. They get light 16 hours a day, and the LED light is a couple feet from the plants. The soil is Fox Farms Ocean Soil amended with coco and perlite at a 3:2:3 ratio respectively.

The edema alone is enough to cause this. I’ve had several occasions trying to grow plants indoors where is what virtually impossible to stop the edema. My last experience was with Aleppo. I grew and saved seeds from the same genetics outdoors for YEARS and when I tried to grow them indoors, I couldn’t prevent the edema to save my life no matter what I did. My plants had the same appearance as yours. Some varieties are more susceptible. What varieties are these pictured?

Unknown what varieties they are. I think one might be a kalugeritsa. The seedlings all got mixed up when I was transplanting, so most of the plants are mystery plants until their peppers ripen.
