plant What is that ? Hurts like a MF

Hi,
I bought some "Carolina Reaper" plants few months ago but doesn't look like this.
I taste one earlier, I cried my mom what the actual fuck it hurts a lot !!!!

The second picture looks more like a ghost, but some of the green ones in the third pic seem to have a reaper-like look.

Can you get a bit closer on some of them?

I've seen reaper plants produce mostly "correct" pods but also the occasional misshapen one that's more elongated like that second one.

What I'm seeing: There's two pods that look like they have a "stinger", so that suggests reaper/scorpion or something along those lines. The others look like they have a point but not quite the round shape with the stinger. I have plenty of reapers on the same plant as "good" ones with that off-shape, but I've never see that many on a single plant.

I'll have to leave anything more than that in more capable hands, sorry!
 
I can't be certain but I think I grew that one last year, it didn't make it through winter though, I remember the pods ripening with the green to orange to red as per your photo's above and it was extremely hot. I checked the tag from it and it was labelled as oz brain killer 1 (some crazy cross I believe).
