What is the best meal you've ever eaten?

This is pretty self explanatory based on the title of the thread.  What's the best meal you've ever eaten?

I'll start first:

The best meal that I've ever eaten was lamb bhuna at what was the apparently the finest indian restaurant in London.  They had some damn good food and will never forget that meal.

Such a hard question for me. I constantly seek food utopia. Narrowing it down to a single meal is REALLY tough.

We had been out at sea for an ungodly 111 days because our relief had hit a Russian sub while pulling out of Subic. 111 days pratroling the Indian ocean aboard a ship with 4700 is not as fun as you might think. Soooo we finally make it to Austrailia (with a few saved paychecks). After spending an awesome nights sleep in a five star hotel in Perth I went out on the town seeking some REAL food. I can remember having Lobster Thermador that was sooo good it nearly put me in tears.

How can there be just one?

-Hot sausages on fresh rolls at the Cristkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg Germany. (Christmas market)
-Grandma's Chilli snowmobiling in Wyoming
-Rib Eye steak at Bush Gardens, International district, Seattle WA
-Rib Eye Steak at the VooDoo Lounge Las Vegas
-Eggs Benedict on a stormy Sunday morning in Victoria BC Canada
-*Chicken Curry at Marco Polo's Mukilteo WA
-Mole I made with my buds in Miami Florida
-Home Run Burger at The Club Tavern in Okanogan WA

*If I had to pick ONE, this would probably be it. It was so hot, my **FIL and I had to walk around the parking lot for a bit before we felt ok to drive. No alcohol was consumed during that meal. Gott damm that was so good... Red Curry with a pile of Naan, endless bowls of yogurt/cucumber/jalapeño raita. mmmmmm

I rode CV41 MIDWAY 83-87

I have eaten around the world, and had some amazing food.  Life changing, best meal ever?   Mum's chilled tomato consomme using a variety of heirloom tomatoes.  This blew me away, one of the freshest most flavour packed dishes I have had.

Schnitzel sandwiches and half a chicken from pretty much any bar stand in Germany. Perfect after party food.

I could add, the worst meal I ever had was a tropical pizza in a little German town. Literally, fruit cocktail on a pizza crust. It even had the grapes.

I don't even know maaan. My memory is so short. It's got to be one the filet mignon loins i've grilled either that or a good filet at wild fire. I've had so many good meals though. I do know it involved either beef or tacos in some form. :P

I don't see it on their menu anymore but david burkes in Chicago had a 72oz tomahawk ribeye that was aged on a brick of himilayan sea salt and cooked in a 750degree wood burning stove that sounded amazing.

I do remember really enjoying the brazilian steak house I ate at that one time where they bring the food out on swords and stuff and just keep dropping ish on your plate... though I was also high as fck.
