pests What is this bug?

I found this and many other like this on my serrano plant, they are clear and some lime green they are under my plants leaves I killed some with my hands but just want to know if there is an organic way to kill the pest, they look like fleas any idea?

So those are the Notorious Amphids I hear about, well I've been squishing for a bit now but one always pops out of the no weres.

Not sure about organic means, but my grandfather would get out the sevin dust and make it look like it'd snowed...

I haven't had to do that with mine. Hope I can find ways around it... A lot of people are kind of on the fence about 7dust.
 
After reading what that was makes me want to get it but seems likes ill have to go out again lol maybe seems better than I thought
 
Aphid! for organic menas you can use lady bugs. If you cant find them you can buy them. also there are several types of "wasps" that parasitise aphids not that you want those in you are growing inside....
 
I use insecticidal soap. It's like $7 for a spray bottle of it and it'll dry those suckers out in a few hours and they'll turn to nice burnt little brown specks. I love it. You have to make sure that you get every last corner of your plants and do it a few times though because those suckers are sneaky. They'll hide and before you know it you have 200 of em again.
 
Don't leave out hitting the soil IF you are using a neem oil based soap and are following directions.Give "no quarter" ,or they will massacre you!
 
If it just 1 or 2 of them in the eye, spray them with water until they fall, alot of them then there's trouble. The thing, aphid are there to stay, you cannot kill em all, sometimes you dont see them sometimes later they are in bulk (they like hide n seek more then you). Ladybug may work if their around, so once more i said, keep the spirit fighting them.
