My f1 supers didn't grow up they were hangers, how big as in cm's or inches are the pods?

Last year mine cracked open so had some bad flesh. If they indeed are the same, they end up about 5" long and about as thick as a normal carrot. GREAT tasting peppers but in one of them I found the 1st grub I've come across in a pepper up in this part of Canada.
