I grew 3 Yellow Devil's Tongue plants, but one of the plants turned into this, another plant I grew turned out fine, and the last isn't producing anything.
So what is this?

Oh, I thought Red Devil's Tongue was all supposed to be smooth, this pepper is very bumpy.

You're right,  Red Devil's Tongue Pepper  look smooth.... Or do they?.....

They do look like those.
Also, I posted a picture on The Pepper Lovers Community and someone said they look like Dorset Nagas. Do you think they do? Or are you sure there Red Devils Tongues?
