plant-care What is wrong with my peppers?

Hi, so this is my first time growing peppers and I bought some from a nursery and I think they have broad mites. Could anyone confirm this?
The leaf burn I think is from me spraying when there was harsh sun.
Ive sprayed 4 times with azamax every 3 days. Ive sprayed them with Sevin plant spray once. Not sure if they're gone or what.

Should I cut off the damaged growth on the tops? Should I cut off the curled leaves?
PS: Ive looked under the leaves and can't see any bugs.

Someone more experienced with pepper plants will have to chime in but that looks like over watering to me

they look very similar to mine, and I had broad mites.  you cannot see them with the naked eye.  However, I would still make sure it is not related to overwatering.  Make sure those pots a draining properly.  Here is a link to my thread to compare pics and see how Im dealing with them.
