health What is wrong with my reaper?

I moved it outside too early, I think a bug was eating the leaf so I brought it back it but it doesn't look to good

I'm growing indoors with a 130W LED and  5630SMD led strip. Think I should turn off the 130w LED until its bigger?
Also im going to turn on  the fans and let the soil dry out abit

I dont know alot about growing indoors but i know leds run cool so i dont think that woukd be an issue but someone a little more experienced might know better. But definitely put a fan on it. It'll help keep fungus gnats away, prevent stem rot and make your plant stronger.
 
I dont think the LEDs are going to be an issue though. The plant could start getting tall and leggy if you start cutting light.

LED strips are are ~6 inches, the main LED light is ~2.5 feet away. Light leak from the fan holes is not as bad as it looks in this pic but I'm working on containing it

Sun scald is from moving it outside into the sun. LEDs emit almost 0 UV light so there's no harm in having them close unless you have a cheap strip that gets hot. Even then, at 6 inches they won't get hot enough to run into issues. I'd say run the fan, be careful how much you water because overwatering will stunt it, and you should be good! 
 
Next time you have a plant go from indoors artificial light to outdoors natural light, harden it off. 
 
I run a 400 watt MH about 18 inches or so above my seedlings as close as the plants will tolerate..I've never grown peppers to maturity under lights but have done other things..You can never have too much light, no way you can duplicate the sun indoors..The reason you need to harden off some plants when moving them out..You can however have too much heat yes..And over watering besides being bad for the plant will deplete nutrients in the soil..I water indoor plants with a low dose fert solution once a week..I'd be interested how hot it gets in that box also..I keep my grow room around 78F..
