Looks like the right species at least with this one. But without a pod present there is no way to say what it actually is. But it does look like a chinense, and "possibly" a superhot.

think it's impossible to tell.  But certainly does look like a c. Chinese.  Have to wait till they bud up me thinks

Agreed, can't tell without pods, but I have a TMS and have been growing them for a few years. Your leaves look like mine, in general, but the plant/stems look much more stretched than mine do (doesn't mean that it's not a TMS, could be a different pheno, or growing environment).
 
Ask again once pods set and start to mature.
