What kind of Pod is this

I started a topic the other day that seems to have disappeared lol. I bought a pepper that was supposed to be a Ghost from a local nursery but when it grew it was not, I saved seeds and passed some out they grew true but still not a Ghost or Bhut Jolokia anyone ever seen these ?
