What size should I get?

Tilt or bowl up and down?


I did a HUGE amount of baking in the Navy so i feel I would use it a lot.
 
Really depends on what you need it for.
 
I have a 30-40yr. old K5a model.
Works for me.Getting a little old but all the toys work - meat grinder,grater etc.
New stuff doesn't fit it right though.
Needs new brushes too.
It is an up/down bowl.
 
Ours is the lift and its the most under used appliance in our kitchen. I'm going to get some attachments for straining and grinding and put this bad boy to some use.
 
Mines the lift and I beat the Hell out of it and never had a problem !! Things a beast it's the professional HD
 
I have an old K5a from back in the 60's. It is one tough S.O.B.! It has a bowl lift and so far all the newer attachments work. You can find them on ebay for a fair price.
