IMHO, hot sauce is really good on pickled Okra. Ya need to try it. It's a southern thing .

Sausage, Vienna sausage, tuna, beanie wienies potato chips, deviled eggs, hogs head cheese, sardines, boudin, edamame , & BUGSnBBQ, when you make your own pickled okra it doesn't need any extra hot sauce, the bt's add enough heat! lol

My mom was from just outside of Augusta, Ga... had lots of okra when I was a kid and pickled is slimy nastiness... hot sauce or not

My favorite, Ritz cracker -> Ann's Charity hot sauce (love it!) -> venison sausage -> extra sharp white cheddar!
