Green cayennes don't have much heat or flavor. The seeds can taste bitter. The texture just feels unripe.
I say de-seed and freeze some for stir-frying.
Finely dice and freeze some to substitute for green bell pepper in meatloafs, omelets, etc.
Smoke and dry some for powder.
Dry about about 20 of them and then put them into a bottle of decent vodka and let it steep for a couple months and then make some killer bloody marys.
Thoroughly dry lots of whole pods, paint them, add a couple coats of clear coat, string them up as patio decorations or hang a few from your rear view mirror.
