hot-sauce What to do with bad hot sauces?

Empty the bottles, sterilize, and use to bottle your own.

Franks bottles are easy to fill and have a cool cap.
I ended up doing that with my empty bottle of Chulula. It now houses "Passow's Banana Blend".

I was pricing bottles for test batches and found tapatio at the dollar store. I filled a gallon bottle and gave it away to empty the bottles.

Actually, if they're not opened, you could use 'em a gifts for relatives and people you despise(like a boss or so....)

Banana [/I]Blend? I'm curious and I'm also 'fraid to ask. :( [/COLOR]
It is my latest venture into sauces. The ingredients are: 13 kinds of peppers (homegrown), red wine vinegar, distilled water, a half of banana (homegrown). It turned out REALLY interesting. Everyone who's had it so far has liked it.

Thanks for the heads up guitargod, I was thinking of trying it but now I'll pass. $11.25(Can) saved.
No problem! I actually tried that sauce on pizza, salsa, and a buritto and they all tasted bitter. Nothing can save that sauce.
