chinense What to do with the Reaper

I just made a jerk sauce for a contest I have going on with my reapers. But... For long term storage, dried is the way to go, in my opinion.

I just threw in another 30 peppers in the dehydrator this morning because I have another box of peppers arriving tomorrow. I have dried pods coming out my ears right now lol. I guess I'm getting ready and preparing myself for harvest time when there is no way I will be able to use all the peppers I'm growing this year. I counted 65 various pepper plants and 20 tomato plants. I will be handing allot out to neighbors, friends and co-workers.

First you have to eat one whole, video it for our enjoyment

then makes some salsa, as reapers are delicious.

Powder is another great option
I did that the other day with the moruga scorpion, never again. Once was enough for me.

The answer is fairly obvious but I'll provide the answer anyways:

Make a delicious hot sauce and send it to me. I'll PM you my address.
