What to do with today's harvest??????

New pepper grower here.  What is the best way to store or use the following peppers I harvested today,
 
Anaheim
Cayenne
Pumpkin Habanero
Hot Banana
Sweet Banana
Italian Pepperoncini
 
Anaheim, Roast and freeze.
 
 
Cayenne, dry and crush.
 
Italian Pepperoncini, can.  
 
The others I don't know, but that's what I would do. 
 
Bananas and pepperoncini's pickle and can.

Habs and cayenne dry and powder.

Habs can be frozen as well.

Anaheims roast and freeze.

Or at least that's what I would do.
 
I would freeze them if your not quite sure.. For me i prefer to puree them in the blender then freeze them in silicone ice cube trays like these ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ice-Cube-Tray-Chocolate-Cake-Cookie-Muffin-Candy-Baking-Silicone-Mould-Mold-/370797611984?pt=Cake_Decorating_Supplies&var=&hash=item5655428bd ).    
 
After they are frozen solid i move them to ziplock freezer bags that have the area to write on..
add the date, pepper type, etc.. That allows you to just pull out a small amount for a marinade or chile etc,
