Hello guys. Don't be alarmed by the title but i just wanted to ask a few questions about these sprouts!

My ghost sprout, what the heck is wrong with it? Its my only one thats acting up like it. Its been smaller then the rest and it has this brown spot type on a bent leaf. Any ideas?

And finally i've been hearing this is ok buttt whatever. My current brainstrain has 3 first leaves. Is it ok?

Brown spots like that are probably scarring. It's tough for me to tell though from the pics. You might have accidentally hit the leaf or pinched it or something. It's no cause for alarm. As far as the three cotyledons go, Brain Strains are one of the varieties that it happens to a lot it seems. Mine had 3 at the beginning of the season, and it's doing fine now. Depending on how the first true leaves tend to grow you might end up getting set back a few weeks. If the extra cotyledon gets in the way it might slow down your growth until the plant 'finds a way around'. Good luck.
 
I would go with, leaf damage like Mrz is saying. Could be overwatering and it also could be inferior seed if all the rest are doing well. Just because it pops, doesn't mean that it is a strong seed. Let them be and see what happens. I wouldn't treat them any different then you are treating the ones that are doing well. (other than if the other ones get bigger, faster, then you would want to water accordingly)
