What varieties do you want in pods?

Starting to plan next year's variety.  I am a cheap bastard, so I have to start very early.  I buy seed, grow and then clone.  Saves tons on seed when I am introducing a new variety.  Would like guidance from folk who buy pods and seeds.  What pods and seeds do you want to see produced / available more?

Even if someone already said it, still add yours so I can get a feeling for what is popular.  Am keenly interested in hot sauce producers and the volumes they might need.  Have finally found something I can do with my health challenges, need to stay as focused as possible, so your help will be greatly appreciated.
 
I've got a crazy mystery pepper I'll be growing out so try finding random crosses from people. But other than that go for something not from the norm. Eg: Not Chinense, annum, fructenses, etc.

Id love some more of the wild types available.
 
As far as fresh pods, I like the CARDI yellow scorpion, yellow MoA scotch bonnet, bahamian goat, and aji fantasy. The aji fantasy is a really tasty sweet pepper that I hardly ever seem to see or hear much about. No idea why it's not more popular.
 
As specifically a pepper grower myself I like a range of chinenses in various colors and heat but in general I would say that you can never go wrong growing jalapenos, serranos, and cayennes as produce.  "Normal" people are more likely to buy those than they are to buy the new 7 Pot cross or whatever.  I like the above mention of baccatums, I think the "normies" I've introduced to baccatums like the aji pineapple were pleasantly surprised by them and their burn profile.
 
If you're talking specifically about people on this site though...I think the stranger the better.  Crosses, wilds, oddities, etc...stuff that people wouldn't normally see together in a "mixed" SFRB.
 
BlackFatalii, growing the goat peppers this year for the first time.  Odd thing, some fold who mix it with rum for voodoo things (not sure what) wanted them.  Kind of think it is cool to grow for that purpose.

Helevete - Very good advice if I were still planning on selling at market.  Last year, started to more online.  Good thing because my health prevents me from doing the farmers markets this year and I get the feeling I am not up to packing, loading, unloading, unpacking much anymore.  I am walking again, but it does not feel good and I am sure I will continue to have the challenges.  Is why this is so very important to me.  With flat rate boxes, I do not have to leave the farm much less set up at market.  I really think there was some divine guidance looking out for my dumb ass.

Thanks for the input blackfatalii have you had any black fatalii's yet guess there probably just setting pods?

I did not grow it this year but the lake valley seed company strain of Jamaican Red ( I am going to call it Jamaican Red Ruby) is good for sauce or Jelly it is in line with the Jamaican Gold I have good reason to believe its the red version of it.
They claim its a scotch bonnet & only takes 70 day wrong on both counts it takes 90 or more depending on the year & is thin skinned plus not a bonnet.
Every time I made pepper Jelly or salsa with these people loved them & my chili head friends like them for fresh eating .
I also was interested in Judy's version of the butch t ( PL) but never ordered it
I like a lot of those that blackfatalii mentioned.
I am growing the yellow moa as well as the red moa 7 ( formaly red moa) as well as the Bahamian goat and some gen of the sb7j all inspired by Nigel I also recommended Brazilian Starfish .
You could grow some Jalapeños ,Serrano's Cayenne's then for those who like more heat had something to bulid it up that matches the flavor profile best and add something's
What I always go for is a balance of sweet & hot plus flavor

Nope. I have 3 healthy Black Fatalii plants, but they are dropping flowers. Most of my plants are either dropping flowers or not budding at all, probably due to the desert heat (109 today). They are under shade cloth, but I guess the temp is just too high. I have a few annuums and and a couple of baccatums with a few pods, but none of my chinenses are setting fruit right now. 
 
Ajdrew been thinking of your post & I recommend the Tobago Seasoning pepper for sauce .
I ordered it this season but did not germinate for me if I remember right Judy recommends it for sauce making one of the reasons I ordered it will try again next season .

I hope you get some pods & your plants make it that heat sounds brutal hope the shade cloth keeps them going
