WHATCHA GROWIN IN 2011

Ciao Buddy-

Apart from the superhots, Duane's list is shaping up very similar to yours. It looks like you're planning to do some Asian and TexMex cooking with the Thai and NuMex chilies, respectively? Billy Biker is an amazing jalapeno. If you haven't grown it already, you're in for a treat!

you're correct in your assumptions on asian and tex/mex cooking - love it. will also make a fair amount of home made sriracha out of the thais (i know that many people use red jalapenos but i use thais). i've grown billy biker before - you're right - it's a great chile. take care.

so far:
bhut jolokia
cayenne pepper
ornamental pepper
spanish strain naga chilli
red saviana
bih jolokia
choco bhut
devil tongue
and a medium heat chili idk the name of it :)

As it stands I am growing:
-Caribbean red habanero
-TS butchT
-TS morouga blend
-7pod
-african birdseye (i think)
-Cheiro de roxa
- yellow ramiro
-unknown ornamental
-chocolate fatalii
and now there are 6 naga's germinating and im still waiting for C. galapagoense to arrive in the mail.
Im looking for some hot yellow variety too not sure yet which one to pick.

WOW! You guys have some VERY impressive lists!

I'm a pure amature by the standards set.

I'll have:
Heritage Big Jim
Heritage Sunrise/Sunset/Eclipse
Jalamundo
Serrano
Cayanne
Car Red Hab
Bhut Jolokia

Had never heard of a lot of the peppers you all have until very recent. May have to get some Scorpions, sound interesting!
