What's damaging my plants?

Hello all,

I have a few pots containing various superhots growing. They're about 2 months old now and I've been noticing some tiny bugs flying off of them when I've been moving them.

As you'll see in the pics, a few leaves are damaged, munched on, and in a couple of cases the leaves have...vanished.

Any ideas what it could be or suggestions on combat methods?
