This chick eats a 7 pot brown like a champ.. also, it has enough oil in it that she can pour it back and forth between the 2 halves.

That's oil for sure my friend!. I've sen most of the time that when peppers are still ripening they have quite a bit of water in them, but once the ripen up that goes away and you have just the oil. So the peppers must use the water to convert to oil white they ripen.
