health Whats wrong with my Habanero?

I live in 9A and I've been watering every 4 days + there's been a little rain. I used some liquid fertilizer I got from Home Depot a week ago on it. I just transplanted it to the big pot a week ago. The leaves are curling up and the one on the top looks like magnesium deficiency?

Thanks, so you think I should wait til top two inches are dry, or should I wait til the leaves start to wilt. Is it likely they also have a nutrient deficiency?
 
how wet down below ?  not just 2" , plants like to be on the dry side , your soil looks a little thick , but overwatering is the common problem especially with bacteria spots

Its still moist after like 4 days. By thick soil do you mean I didn't use enough perilite?

Exactly  !    1/3 perlite is rule for me . much rather water a little more ( when needed ) then bacteria , gnats , . 
Roots will love you . Works great for me , I never  have these issues .  
 
My orange hab from last year did best if i let the soil get to the point of a little plant drooping/wilting. Then water and within an hour it looked great again. It sat i full sun all year and cranked out really hot pods. Soil drained like mad without any perlite. It had lots of mushroom compost in it.
