health Whats wrong with my peppers? How do I fix?

Mites. Youll need an 80x+ scope to see them. I was told mine was herbicide/pesticide damage too.. "classic example" Then we put it under a microscope and bam, mites chomping away. Topping them may work for awhile, but it might end up just being a game of cat and mouse. Meaning the new growth looks awesome because the mite population is low then as it rebuilds youll see the problems again. I havent topped any though, I just went straight to Avid.

Damn did I hope it was the herbicide/pesticide though.
