health whats wrong with these peppers?

im not sure whats wrong with my naga vipers is it a bug that causes the that on the stem? there are no bugs inside



 
 
 i grew three ghost pepper plants they where all different peppers and this one is just weird is it a disease? they have dark green strips





when ripe they are red and orange stripped 
 
 
and lastly this was suppose to be a moruga what do you think?
 
 
Personally those stems look fairly healthy to me. I have lots that look worse that I don't necessarily consider diseased. As for the stripes in your ghost, I don't know what might cause that, unless perhaps the seed was crossed by a variegated type like Fish Pepper. Sorry to tell you though, but the last one doesn't look like a moruga at all. Though I will say my first few pods on a plant always look a little off, so hopefully you just have one oddball. Doubtful though.
