Morning lek, what time is it over there? I'm too lazy to look it up...
Only thing I could find on the 'net was this.> What Causes Brown Edges On Leaves Of Plants as I've never experienced it. Hope GOOGLEs English to Thai works!

Good night The_NorthEast_ChileMan. It's 10:01pm in Bangkok. I'm too lazy to take care of my pepper plant.
It's starving, because you are relying too much on nature in a non-natural setting.

With some of the unorthodox ideas that you've floated, it's really hard to tell why your plant is in that state. Like I told you before, worm castings alone are are not going to be enough to feed a plant very long. You have to really keep up on your plant maintenance when you go the organic route.

Why don't you tell us what you are (or not) feeding that poor creature?

At first glance, your plant has some interveinal chlorosis starting to appear on some of the older leaves, but not the younger ones. And these yellow spots look to have happened rather suddenly.

There's nothing wrong with going the organic route, but you need to be on it's ass when something is wrong. Worm castings definitely aren't enough to upkeep an entire plant it's whole life. What is your fertilization technique, how much and what kind of light does it get, and how often are you watering? What are they planted in, growing medium wise.
could be too much watering. Doesn't look like nitrogen burn. What soil are you using and what are you feeding?
this aji mango was planted in my test area, mini pepper forrest. there are many pepper varieties and basil in the same area. 20cm x 20cm per plant.
i put a lot of purple mangosteen shell at the lowest bottom. green vegetable leaf and a lot of fruit with yellow color. then i put clay soil and 10 thousand of live red worm.
no feeding. water once a week with tap water + EM1. all other plants nearby are very healthy, except this one.
