It's starving, because you are relying too much on nature in a non-natural setting.

With some of the unorthodox ideas that you've floated, it's really hard to tell why your plant is in that state. Like I told you before, worm castings alone are are not going to be enough to feed a plant very long. You have to really keep up on your plant maintenance when you go the organic route.

Why don't you tell us what you are (or not) feeding that poor creature?

At first glance, your plant has some interveinal chlorosis starting to appear on some of the older leaves, but not the younger ones. And these yellow spots look to have happened rather suddenly.
