favorite What's your favorite brand of hot dog?

With the 4th of July upon us, it seems like a valid question......

What brand of hot dog do you prefer? Local brands are welcome, but I'm really looking for the nationwide choices.

Do you boil them (GASP!), grill them (YAY!), or..........

MICROWAVE THEM? (OOF!)

Me? I'm a Hebrew National or Nathan's man, myself.....grilled.....with stone ground mustard, onions, diced habanero, and a little homemade pickle relish!

NO DAMNED KETCHUP!!

How about you all?

Kogels out of Flint MI. Skinless or Vienna’s or any of their other products. Don’t forget the Hormel chili [emoji106][emoji16]

We like the large Broadleaf wagyu beef hot dogs sold by our nearby grass-fed beef store. I grill them and my wife and I both seem to like them with sweet onion, dijon mustard and cheese. I add superhot pepper powder to mine.

I like these non-meat ones a lot better than a lotta meat ones, no hot dog burps or weird ingredients, and they taste like real hot dogs, have an open mind: http://fieldroast.com/product/frankfurters/

Trick is, don't follow the package, you need to overcook them slowly, I put them on the back of the grill and let them slowly cook until soft then give them a little char... toppings are dijon, sharp cheese, pickled peppers, and maybe even chili.

Also homemade baked beans and cheese rocks, you have to wrap in foil and return to the grill so it all melds.

Soft squishy white bun please! (or brioche if loaded up)

Gotta use Sabrett for those! Official dirty water dog. Which is a great dog btw, natural casing foot long all beef! https://sabrett.com/works/sabrett-natural-casing-beef-frankfurters-12-oz/

If you don't boil hot dogs, you don't get the bonus hot dog water to make a Bloody American.

Red solo cup:
Fill with ice
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces hot dog water
1 ounce ketchup
Bacon bits
Shake, and serve with pickle spear
