Whats your favorite Pepper/ Chili?

Out of all the peppers and chili... from Sweet to Hot... Whats your favorite based on flavor.. and whats your favorite based on heat?

Hi Iguanid, Close... Bishops Crown/Hat or the other 10 names its called is in the Baccatum species. They make great poppers !!

I really like scotch bonnet as far as flavor... I can't say which I like as far as heat... I guess whichever one doesn't make me feel like I want to die, but still has a nice burn to it.

Thai Chile for heat and flavor
