heat Whats your favorite spicy beverage?

should be easy enough to extract some cap. in alcohol to make every cocktail a spicy one.
Pina Colada would be my first choise.

besides alcoholics im thinking spicy lemonade. adding hotsauce to lemonade i find to easy. maybe cook al sirup with chilly and citrus peals?

One of my first "not sauce" examples was a reaper lemonade, made simply by putting a couple (cracked open) dried reapers in the jar and letting it steep. Turned out fairly popular.

This looks bomb!!

Chiltepin Mocha

"A spicy mocha featuring the wild and native chile of the Arizona-Sonoran desert, rich dark chocolate, warming spices, a double shot of espresso, your choice of milk, and then dusted with cinnamon."

Poor tequila 🙁. I only use crap tequila for cocktails. It's like adding milk to coffee. You only do it with crap coffee.

1. Absolutely!
I used to feel this way until I started making old fashioneds with single malt scotch; oh my goodness did all my cocktails get better with quality spirits in them. Eventually I realized spirit forward cocktails are prime candidates for quality spirits. Depending on how one crafts a margarita I guess you could argue it’s not a “craft” or spirit forward cocktail…

Same with coffee; my preferred addition to black coffee is a double shot of espresso; I love me a red eye! But if imma have a latte or cream in a coffee I’d rather it be a GOOD coffee to start with.

Speaking of cream in coffee, I added a splash to my coffee this AM with some cayenne and cinnamon; it wasn’t hot enough so I dropped in 1/16tsp of primo powder. Now this is a fun way to start the day!
