smoking What's your Xmas smoke?

I'm re-smoking a Smithfield Ham,coated with a Bourbon,Apple butter,pecan glaze.Using Cherry,Hickory for the smoke.

Just kinda wingin'the glaze.Apple juice and bourbon go good,apple and ham work.So,1/2 cup Makers Mark,3/4 cup apple butter,1 tblsp Dijon,1 tblsp Tupelo honey,1/2 cup brown sug.Pinch of clove.Rubbing ham with dried chipotle,smokin ham to 145,glazing,bringing up to 165+ or -.
