when and where?

my plants are in 16 oz cups and just went today and got fish emulsion and worm castings . Question is how do use it ,should it already be in use by this stage? bottom of the cup ? top ? any help? thx
 
I put my worm castings on when I got the second set of leaves, and they seemed to like it. Mine came like a tea bag that you steep in the water first. Just don't drink the tea!!
 
Wait to use the fish emulsion until they are outside. from what I understand (I don't have a sense of smell so I can't confirm) that stuff stinks to high heaven.

The castings I would say make a tea and use it every three weeks.
 
I dont think the fish emulsion smells that bad, or smell once in the dirt, smelling it from the bottle has some stink to it.
but I should also clarify I dont have a problem with raccoon,deer,fox urine or ground up bait :lol: so maybe I'm immune to smells :lol:
