harvesting When are these ripe

I think these are an Aji pepper. Do they stay yellow or turn orange?

Pineapple sounds familiar. I grow all different varieties of hots. I picked one and it’s not very hot.

have they changed colour at all yet? my SRP pretty much started off having that same pale yellow colour, with only a slight green tinge to them at the very beginning.

either way, i think yours are not ripe no matter what they are. for the most part, any trace of green colour means they are not yet fully ripe.

but i am no expert, and don't have a lot of experience with yellow-at-maturity varieties, so don't take my word for gospel.
