When shalt they be ripe?

Howdy, got a few varieties that have fruited but are taking forever to ripen or I don't know when they actually are ripe. The peppers in question...

Sugar rush peach - this guy has been full if fruit for almost two months and they have not turned peachy tan

Aji Pineapple - started fruiting a few weeks ago, still very green but growing.

Pimenta de Neyde -started fruiting about 5 weeks ago. No idea when these will be ripe.

this my first yr growing superhots....and it does take a long time for the pods to ripen...it took mine about 5-6 weeks...i have some peach bhuts on the go, and i swear its been 6+ weeks, and there still not ripe! i guess it depends on your local temps...
