seeds When should I transplant my seeds?

I'm a first time grower in need of some advice, I've been growing these seeds for the past 4 days and they are starting to sprout but I'm not sure when I'm supposed to transplant them. Should I wait and let them grow a little more?

Also I've noticed that the roots look slightly dark, could this be a sign of fungus / mold growing?
 
is this a popular way of sprouting? I'm new so kinda curious of pros/cons.
 
I've just buried 2-3 seeds per cup and thinned but i guess this is good to as you can actually visually see the duds etc.
