fertilizer-nutrients when to fertilize

It depends where you are growing the plants.
If in containers you should fertilize on a regular schedule.
If it's in a garden with lots of compost and manure, at this stage you should use a slow release tomato fert.
You can use miracle gro type of fert but be careful of the N-P-K values. When it's in flower make sure N is smaller then the value of P and K.
