When to put in large cups?

So, how large to they have to be in order to transplant them into those large plastic beer cups? I'd say they are about, I dunno, maybe an inch high or just shy of that.

You can do it now if you want.

Yup, those all look more than ready. Water the soil in the cup 1st with warm water, dig a hole and gently insert seedling. Be kind to the roots during transfer.

Try to keep as much soil on the roots as possible when you transplant.
