food-safety Where can I obtain PH meter/strips/paper?

For non- commercial use ...I see Ebay has some, reasonably priced...don't want to go overboard,but from reading the sauce threads,I recon that it would be good to have some PH testing apparatus,for peace of mind if nothing else :P ...input appreciated,TY.

I got mine at a hydro grow shop.

Dont waste a ton of money....a simple led digital should be under $20.

Ebay or online stores like Walmart have them.

Mine is yellow and 1.5 inches wide about 7 inches tall.

Make sure you get calibrating 7.0 liquid with it.

I will get a digital one as advised.I usually don't make a lot of sauce at a time,& I always put it in the fridge,use it up & make more fresh ..so this will be new to me & have lots of pepper this year to use up. Hope I don't mess up LOL. Will have to reread to get it right :surprised: ..the bottles/bottling part is where I need to focus on,using the water bath method.

 Ebay Health Metric Green Digi for <20 bucks..looks interesting..will scout around,no biggie!!!!!!!!!THANKS FOR REPLIES ;)
