plant-care Where should I top this beast?

Neighbours visiting dog for scale, along with the cup (green for Baccatum in my system)

I’m at a loss. It can’t really stand up by itself so it’s getting topped but I can’t decide if I should leave three leaves or four!!

Those plants naturally get tall. I support them with long skewers like this and use a tall cage after plant out.
