seeds Where to buy seeds

I am planning to try growing some scotch bonnets this year. I would like to start them from seed. Anybody have a suggestion for where to buy the seeds from, as in reliable source? I’m in NC which is the SE USA.

I buy scotch bonnet seeds from Refining File Chiles (superhotchiles.com) and Texas Hot Peppers (texashotpeppers.net).
I've never been disappointed.

Refining Fire is definitely a good source. I've also had good luck in the past with ChilePlants.com.
If you want an early variety, Territorial Seed has a "Red Mushroom" variety that's supposedly 73 DTM.

If Raleigh isn't too far, Logan Trading Company always has a great variety. I THINK I saw Scotch Bonnets when I was there last week - but I would call before heading there to be sure.
