Which color spectrum?

Depending on the plants you can do a search on the net showing the spectrum used for growing. Blue during the growing and pink (red) for flowering.
I have grown with various spectrum over the years. You can really dial a plant in but overall, if its lit up then it will grow up. I would focus more about canopy penetration and airflow versus spectrum BUT there are some really solid led lights that have many within it including various uv options.
