Which LED Bulb Is Better?

Hi,
I going to try to grow a Habanero pepper plant indoors since I live in Newfoundland Canada where our last frost is around early June and our first frost is early October.
So Im looking at led grow lights and found these two....

One is red & blue leds and the other is full spectrum. I assume the full spectrum one will be better but Im completely new to this.
So which led bulb would be better?

The odd thing is they both seem to have nearly identical spectrums, but the red/blue one has a broader band of red. One light should be OK for one plant, they have a really narrow footprint.

Ok, I will go for the red/blue one, and I was planing to get another one later when the plant starts to get bigger.
Also is there any other different led bulbs you would recommend instead?

Of course they dont have the Red and Blue spectrum separate, but I use to grow in my basement.  I dont grow year round though, I only use t get my starter plants to a foot high then they go outside.

In my limited experience with growing indoors under lights, pepper plants just aren't that picky about the spectrum of the lights. You don't even need special grow lights; regular old white lights will work just fine. What is important is that the lights are bright enough and are on for enough hours per day.
