As an "enthusiast",  I'am sure you can relate when i say: "sometimes we get a little too enthusiastic". 
In other words the house gets overrun with peppers, one year you had to perform acrobatics just to get to the front door.
I promised I would chill out and take a more.... Relaxed approach to my hobby  :

I wouldn't even add an additional flavor like people usually do, I think Bahamian Goats would be an excellent solo flavor for gummy bears.

It is productive, has a great fruity flavor, large bumpy pods, and it is very hot indeed. What more could you ask of a pepper? 
 
Sometimes I can even detect pineapple-like flavors in these. YBS is just an outstanding pepper in every way.

I'd say you could probably get away with it in a big tote. May not be the optimum production for each but I doubt it'd be too bad.

You could try grafting a few varieties onto the one plant in future. I have grafted 6 varieties onto a Choc hab to try and get a plant with 7 varieties consisting of 6 different colours and 3 species (chin, anuum, bacc) but thats just for fun no idea if it will work.
