White bhut jolokia pod turning yellow ???

hi, it my first year growing hot pepper
 
i have some white bhut jolokia
in the description of the seller there suppose to turn from pale green to cream-green to cream to white when rippen
even on the net its generaly the same thing i found
but 6 plant out of 9 dont look quite lithe the 3 other  (but i did some soil test  7 different soil )
and they started to turn yellow after the cream stage .
 
anybody experiented something similar with W.B.J. ( sicknes , some turns yellow before turning white, cross pol. or mixed seeds.)

i have picked somme to help the loaded plant but i let this one there to see ( im not sure but it look more pale than last week)

They are rarely true white anyway, more cream...

All the pictures I've seen are cream to yellow. The pheno looks right. Nice looking pods

Some of mine did get whiter but I could also trick you in Photoshop

The pepper on the last picture is a monkey face its c.annuum. And it got it whitening due to frost. Photo is taken from a member on this site.
