White Blotches on Leaves

Hi guys.

I was hoping if someone could help me diagnose one of my chili plants. It is supposedly a fluorescent purple. So far it is the only plant that doesn't look normal.

It normally sits in my windowsill and has only been exposed to very little direct sunlight. Besides its condition it seems to be growing just fine.

looks like natural variegation to me. I've had purple leaved plants/chiles stay/turn green when kept inside. If you put it outside it would probably start becoming more purple or colorful.

Wow, I had no idea. I'll try leaving it outside more often and see what happens.
