White fuzzy sprouts??

I have more sprouts popping up, in 3 different trays. 2 of them have the same seed starter, same water mix, same lighting, and on the same shelf in my room, but one of them has about 80% of the sprouts coming up white and they are fuzzy. Whats that all about? every row has a different type of seed sprouting, and a few look fine, most look funky.

Its only on the base in the pic, it was all over the entire stalk before I sprayed them

That looks like mold growing from the damp environment. A good spray with peroxide solution should take care of it. How did they dry out so bad?
