White Habs

I am about to have a bunch of peruvian white habs and wanted to make a hot sauce with them and was wondering what fruits would be good with them. I absolutely have no talent in tasting a pepper and knowing what fruit would pair with it... And also should I use lime juice, lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar?.. :crazy: :crazy:
 
hey there hillbilly-
I'd suggest NOT using apple cider vinegar, but either of the juices or a little white vinegar would be ok. The AC vin flavor would likely overpower the hab and fruit flavors.

And the white habs will go with any of the fruit recipes you can find. Tons of suggestions here. Pick a fruit or two that you like and away you go. Use one of the recipes here if you feel more comfortable with actual amounts instead of just winging it.
