seeds White Seedling?

Hi All,
 
Anyone help with whats wrong with this guy? The soil was dry but was just watered which is why its darker.

It happens from time to time, if it's a one-off it may not be making chlorophyll and may not survive. If it's more than one plant something else is going on.

I agree about the chlorphyll. When the seedling is large enough to start feeding the nitrogen should green it up. If not, something else is wrong like shorerider stated.

Thanks both - I think it might have also gotten too much sun so I'm going to keep him in the shade for a bit.
