White Stuff on Tomato Leaves

I'm growing some tomato plants, and I've been getting this white stuff on some of the leaves. I use those "self watering" pots which hold water in the bottom, and I am watering once a day in the afternoon/evening around 6pm when the sunlight is filtered through nearby trees. Otherwise the plants seem healthy, over the last 5 days they grew around 3 inches. Daytime temps range from 25C to near 40C over the course of a week at this time of the year, and they get around 8-9 hours of sunlight varying from direct to filtered.

Anyone got any idea what this is, and what I action I can take?
